About us

Image
We are a 4th generation family farm located southwest of Stewart, MN – near the intersection of Sibley, Renville, and McLeod counties. The current operation sits near the original homestead and has gone through many changes over the years.

Joe Ludowese returned to the farm in 1990 after spending several years working as a manufacturing engineer in the Twin Cities. He quickly realized that in order to build a sustainable business, he needed to spend his time focusing on people, technology, and tackling every corner of the operation with quality in mind.

Joe’s two sons, Evan and Austin, followed the family farming tradition and returned to the operation after college. Today, they each use their different skillset to focus on areas of the business that they excel at. This has resulted in a better managed farm that can efficiently produce corn, soybeans, sugar beets, edible beans, and sweet corn.
